My pen says write from the heart
Suddenly I smiled because only one face came to mind.
It's funny how life takes you on a wild ride in fate
And gets your soul to dance and your heart to smile.
Those rugged paths led to new starts
While a lot has changed, much still remains,
I am a woman unshaken, strong and virtuous.
To have gotten here could only be down those paths
Smile with me, laugh and dance,
Take my hand, this new journey starts.
