Rainy days are the best
With life so fast paced and busy I never mind a little cloudy.
Light drizzles bring everything to a calm
The freshness of wet earth and the cool air unearth a cozy warmth.
Whether on the road or at home, such weather makes you think of home.
The feeling you get when you want to drown out everything else
Whether home is a place or a person you miss
There is no other feeling quite like this.
For some the rain may be too sad
For some the rain sneaks up lonely
Atleast for that day you can spare your tears
The big beautiful sky wants to help wash your sadness away.
A little rain does everyone good
It may not always be convenient but it is a blessing.
On rainy days when many slow their pace
Others still rush on splashing those walking on
With life already so fast paced and busy
There can be such delight in taking our time.
